ECH3505 - ECUM Duties: Training

Good training is essential if staff are to perform effectively. Ideally, EC training consists of a mixture of

• distance learning units
• workshops at training centre, and
• practical experience.

The ECUM should

• ensure all staff within the unit are properly trained and
• monitor the approach of managers within their unit as outlined at ECH3035.
