When the Profit Related Pay Unit (PRPU) advise to proceed with PRP irregularity ECH20055

The ECO should

• seek recovery by Class 6 settlement.

If the employer resists recovery

• report back to the PRPU all the relevant facts and
• wait for further guidance from the PRPU
