A United Kingdom resident is exempt from Greek tax on the profits of operating ships only if the Port of Registry of the ships is in the United Kingdom. Similarly a Greek resident is exempt from United Kingdom tax on the profits of operating ships only if the Port of Registry of the ships is in Greece.
