Taxpayers wishing to claim relief from Czech Republic tax under
the agreement should write to the appropriate tax office in the
Czech Republic to which the tax was paid or, if that is not known,
to the following:
Division of International Tax Relations,
Federal Ministry of Finance,

Czech Republic.
