DT5357 - Cyprus: Teachers

The agreement has a Teachers’ Article which contains a 'subject to tax' test. So visiting teachers will only be exempt from tax in the United Kingdom if they continue to pay tax on their employment income in Cyprus (Article 20: see DT1936 (e)).
