DT3476 - DT: Belgium: double taxation agreement SI 1987 No.2053, Article 27: Members of diplomatic or permanent missions and consular posts

(i) Nothing in this Convention shall affect any fiscal privileges accorded to members of diplomatic or permanent missions or consular posts under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.

(2) The Convention shall not apply to international organisations, to organs or officials thereof or to members of diplomatic or permanent missions or consular posts of a third State, being present in a Contracting State and not subjected in that State to the same obligations in respect of taxes on income as are residents of that State.
