DT2860.28 - DT: Azerbaijan: double taxation agreement, SI95 No 762, Article 28: Members and employees of diplomatic or consular establishments and permanent missions

Nothing in this Convention shall affect any fiscal privileges accorded to members and employees of diplomatic or consular establishments and permanent missions to international organisations under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.
