  2. you shall be responsible for the maintenance of the premises so as to ensure that the working conditions are safe and without risk to the health of HM Revenue and Customs when they visit your premises and in these respects shall comply with any specific health and safety requirements laid down by a competent authority; and

  3. the premises and plant remain entered to the satisfaction of HM Revenue and Customs and a new entry will be made at any time as may be required by HM Revenue and Customs.
