If none of the circumstances in DMG12071 apply to the person, calculate the hours worked depending upon whether a recognised cycle of working has been established at the date of application (DMG12079 and DMG12083). Weeks where the applicant is absent from work due to jury service should be excluded from the calculation of average hours (awards commencing on or after 28.11.00)
