Value: capital of a company

The value of the capital of a company is the net value of the capital of that company. This is the difference between

  • the total value of the capital of the company and
  • the amount of any liabilities the company has.

It is not the value of some of the capital of the company.

Note an expert valuation will be needed if the company's auditors do not provide evidence of the net value of the capital of the company.
