Evidence that people no longer have capital can include
1) a conveyance which shows ownership of real or heritable property, such as a house, has been transferred to another person or
2) a deed , such as a deed of

• gift or

• trust or

• settlement

which shows capital has been given to another person or

3) receipts which show

• what capital has been spent on or

• which debts have been paid out of the capital
