If the evidence shows that a restriction prevents the transfer
of the value of any of the applicant's assets to the UK the
decision maker should get the following evidence
1) details of the asset and
2) its value in the country in which it is held (DMG42003)
and
3) whether any money is available directly from the asset,
and if so, the amount and date it would become payable and
4) whether the asset is for sale, and if so, the progress and
prospects of such a sale and
5) the nature and terms of the restriction imposed preventing
the transfer of all the capital to the UK, for example whether some
capital can be transferred immediately and the remainder at later
intervals.
