Capital of a child or young person

The decision maker should
1) calculate and disregard the capital of each child or young person of the family individually and
2) allow a credit of nil for that person if the capital is over £3,000.

Note In all other respects the decision maker should treat a child or young person to whom DMG 41021 applies as a member of the family1.
