Calculation of the weekly income of student loans

If the student

• is in the final year of the course, or

• the course is for less than one year

the calculation of weekly income is as follows:

1) follow teps 1 to 2 in DMG 39304

determine the number of days from the start of the academic year to the last day of the course

divide the figure at 1 by the figure at 2, multiply by 7 to arrive at a weekly figure.
