Calculation of weekly income from student loans

If the student

• is in the final year of the course, or
  • the course is for less than one year,

  the calculation of weekly income is as follows:
  
  1) follow steps 1 to 2 above

  determine the number of days from the start of the academic year to the last day of the course

  divide the balance at 1 by the figure at 2 multiply by 7 to arrive at the weekly figure.
