These Funds, provided by the S of S Education and Employment
provide cash help to students who might not otherwise be able to
afford to start or complete a course. The Fumds, which are also
payable to third parties, are run bu educational institutions such
as colleges and polytechnics. Payments are made by
1) lump sum
regular weekly cash payments or
payment in kind.
