New entrant students in the 98/99 academic year will get
1) 25% of their support through means-tested grants
and
75% of their support through non means-tested student loans
New entrant students in the 98/99 academic year will get
all of their support through student loans in their second
and subsequent years.
New entrant students in the 99/2000 academic year will get
all of their support through student loans for the whole of
their course.
