The assessment period: Length of the assessment period - 7 complete months (WFTC) / 26 weeks (DPTC) or more in self-employment: Meaning of week and week of claim

For the purposes of DMG32051 2.2 and 3. `week` means a period of seven days beginning with Sunday, and `week of application ` means the week that includes the date of application.

Note that a period in DMG32051 1. is usually not a period of complete weeks. There are often odd days at either end.
