The New Deal grant of £400 is payable in weekly or
fortnightly instalments. The decision maker should
1) apply the capital payable by instalments rules (DMG42012)
2) disregard the instalments
Note The disregard for the grant instalments applies to
payments taken into account as income or capital. The capital
disregard
only applies for 52 weeks from the date the payment was
received.
