The gateway to ND 18 - 24 can last for up to four months. It is
a period when
1) advisers assist ND 18 - 24 claimants to
2) adviser and claimant draw up an action plan of what the
claimant will do to find and become ready for work
3) the claimant is expected to stay on JSA, as long as they
satisfy the conditions for receipt of JSA.
