For DPTC purposes the applicant must meet the conditions of
entitlement in DMG11004+. The self-employment of a partner cannot
help the applicant to satisfy the remunerative work test.
Note The questions on self-employment apply to any partner,
child or young person in the applicant's family, who are included
in any reference to an applicant unless the guidance indicates
otherwise.
