The annual stipend is
1) set each January
and
2) detailed in the Central Register of Income Statement.
To establish the true amount of a cleric's earnings the
decision maker should see the Central Register of Income Statement
which the Church Commissioners, as the applicant's employer, will
provide, and to any revision of that statement before the date of
application.
