Decision Makers Guide - DMG26028

Particular kinds of employment: Remuneration

Some directors are paid weekly or monthly whilst others may receive payments throughout the year at longer intervals. Others may be paid once a year, after the end-of-year accounts have been prepared and a sum voted at the company's annual general meeting. Payments may involve a combination of intervals, for example a weekly wage plus an annual payment once the accounts are completed.
