Disregard in full special war widows payments. These are payments made under arrangements which began on 9.4.90 for death occurring from injuries or illness from service which terminated before 31.3.73. Disregard in full any similar payments made by the S of S for Defence to a person not entitled to a special war widows payment. Treat any arrears of special war widows payment as capital.
