Income other than earnings: Attendance Allowance
Disregard the following payments in full
- CAA (paid if industrial disablement is assessed
at 100%)
- weekly payments of an allowance for attendance
under the Workmen's Compensation Act or any contracting-out
Scheme
- an allowance for attendance under the PB and MDB
scheme
- an allowance for attendance paid as part of a
Dis P because of war injuries received as civilians or members of
the volunteer civil defence
- any payment based on a need for attendance paid
as part of a W Dis P (including severe occupational disablement
allowance paid with CAA).
