Decide a person's normal weekly earnings by using the net
earnings received in the assessment period and include any bonus or
commission calculated under DMG23080. Special rules apply
1) when a person has

3) when there is a TD or a period of short time working at
the person's place of employment
4) when calculating a bonus or commission paid separately or
at a different frequency than the other earnings
