Decide a person's normal weekly earnings using the net earnings
received in the assessment period and include any bonus or
commission calculated under DMG23080+. Special rules apply
1) when a person starts a new job, or restarts work after a
break exceeding four weeks
2) when a person has changed the number of contracted hours
worked
3) when there is a trade dispute at the person's place of
employment
4) to calculating a bonus or commission paid separately or at
a different frequency than the other earnings
5) when a person has earnings from employment as a director
