1) DPTC is disallowed because of no QB
and
2) a QB is claimed
2.1 after DPTC is decided, or
2.2 before DPTC is decided and 3) entitlement to that benefit is
given from a date earlier than or the same as the date of the DPTC
application
revision can only take place where the entitlement is decided
within one month of the decision on DPTC.
Note Where entitlement to the QB is decided outside the one
month period, the applicant's only recourse is to make a fresh
application for DPTC.
