If the applicant does not provide further evidence, the decision
maker should
1) exclude that item
2) decide normal weekly earnings using any satisfactory items
of expense
and
3) arrange for an explanation of the calculation of the award
to be sent to the applicant
If the applicant subsequently provides the information, the
decision maker should reconsider the award
