A credit can be included in the calculation of WFTC or DPTC
entitlement where
1) a single applicant (DPTC only) is working for 30 hours a
week or more or
2) a lone parent is working for 30 hours a week or more or
3) either or both partners of a married or unmarried couple
are working for 30 hours a week or more.
