A repeat application must satisfy one of the disability
conditions in DMG13001. But these are satisfied if
1) the original application was based on the condition
that
on one of the 182 days before the date of application a qualifying benefit was payable to the applicant and
2) the repeat application is made no more than eight weeks
after the last day of the previous award of DPTC.
