Free in-patient treatment: deciding free treatment

There are five essential points when deciding whether a person is or has been receiving free in-patient treatment. The person concerned must be
1) maintained free of charge (DMG11133) and
2) receiving medical or other treatment (DMG11135) and
3) in a hospital or similar institution (DMG11140-DMG11147)

and

4) an in-patient (DMG11148) and
5) receiving the treatment

5.2 in a hospital or similar institution maintained or administered by the Defence Council.
