A 16-18 year old who normally lives with the applicant or
partner (DMG11075) and who receives education abroad is treated as
a young person only if the education undertaken
1) is full-time
and
2) is non-advanced
and
3) requires attendance at a recognised educational establishment (but not elsewhere).
