Advanced education is any course of a standard above that in
DMG11095 and includes courses leading to a
1) degree
2) diploma of higher education
3) HND
4) BTEC higher diploma
5) Scot VEC HND
6) Teaching qualification
7) NVQ level 4-5.
A person receiving advanced education is not a young person.
