DMBM670270 - Summary warrant: Preparing the summary warrant "package" for court

Once the forms C96/C95 have been prepared and authorised they need to be made up into a pack for the summary warrant application.

You should

• place the forms of the C95 series in consecutive number order behind the form C96 series forms
• place the C96(BS) with the printed side outwards as the final page
• staple the entire “package” on the left-hand side at the top, middle and bottom
• fold the C95 forms to A4 size.
