This section of the DMBM, when complete, will provide details of
all charges and duties managed by HMRC. The guidance will describe
the business processes for creating new charges and duties and
explain whether they are supported by one of the Department’s
IT systems or a manual process.
Currently this version of the DMBM, covers those charges and
duties supported by the SAFE and Oprec IT system.
