CTM34170 - Residence: outward company migration: District action

SP2/90 asks a migrating company to send copies of the notice and tax estimates to its Tax office. If you receive a copy make sure:

• it is connected with the file, and that
• the file is ready to be sent to Head Office, if required.

You should BF the file for 6 weeks for instructions from Head Office and if you have heard nothing from Head Office within 6 weeks, contact CT&VAT, International CT, by telephone at 020 7147 2690 / 2686.

Head Office will notify you when the arrangements have been approved and will give instructions on procedures for assessment and collection.
