If your earnings for the year are less than the threshold you
may be liable to a repayment and should contact the Student Loans
Company for advice on 0870 2406298.
Please ensure that you have full details of your income and
deductions available. You may be asked to produce these.

particular do not categorically state that a repayment will be made
- The Student Loan Company may make a repayment in certain circumstances once they are satisfied that the income was less than the threshold and that the employer did make deductions
