CSLM11001 – FAQs: borrowers questions and answers: introduction

Borrowers' queries are normally the responsibility of the Student Loans Company and you should not attempt to become involved in areas of the scheme that are not the responsibility of HMRC.

However this section will give you a greater understanding of the scheme and is intended to help you answer straightforward queries of a general nature for which transfer to the Student Loans Company may not be necessary.

It is intended to update this area of the Manual regularly to take into account new issues or problems.
