COM61091 - CT online services: CT view L and P: view payments on account (Action Guide)
To see payments on account in COTAX View L and P, consider steps 1 - 5 below. The guide is presented as follows
To open COTAX View L and P

Select the CT View L and P through the CT View L and P icon in the Companies folder in the Corporate Services section of My Services. You will see the Select Company screen |

To view a company record
| 2. |
Enter the 10 digit company UTR in the Company UTR field |
| 3. |
Select the [Go] button. You will see the Company Details screen |

To view a payment on account
| 4. |
Select ‘Payments on Account’ from the left hand menu bar |
| 5. |
You will see either |
| |
-
- Have been received for an AP on which a charge has not yet been recorded or
- Have not been allocated to an accounting period
|
| |
|
| |
- The message ‘No payments on account are currently held for the company’
|
