COM141080 - Work lists: features of work lists: working at taxpayer level

Function TAXW (Taxpayer Worklist) shows all the work lists on which a particular company appears. You can go straight to the Normal Next Action function for each of the work lists shown if you have the appropriate user role.

Function TAXW may be useful when

• Transferring or receiving cases to check if you need to do anything

Or

• You want to clear all open points on one company at the same time

If you are already working on a work list function the [TAXW On] button at the bottom of the work list screen takes you direct to Function TAXW.
