1.

Select the ‘COTAX View L & P’ icon in the ‘companies’ folder in the ‘My Services’ tab in ‘My Workplace’. Internet Explorer will be opened, and you will be presented with the Select Company screen

Enter the 10 digit company UTR in the Company UTR field

Select the [Go] button. You will be presented with the Your Balance (Word 28KB) summary screen

4.

Select the ‘Payments on Account’ heading on the left hand menu in the Internet Explorer window

5.

You will be presented with either

• A list of payments on account which have not been allocated to an accounting period (AP)

Or

• The message ‘No payments on account are currently held for the company’
