COM61080 - CT online services: COTAX view L and P: view all APs

On first accessing single company view for the company selected, you will see

• Any balance outstanding to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)

Or

• Overpaid by the company

With

• Details of the accounting periods (APs) making up the figure

This information is presented on the Your Balance (Word 28KB) screen.

However, where there is no such balance to show no AP details will be presented on initial entry.

Nevertheless full details of all APs other than dormant (Word 28KB) periods are available to view, from the ‘Accounting Periods’ link in the left hand menu bar. Superseded APs are shown only where there was a monetary transaction recorded for the AP.

When you access a selected AP, all of the information available in single company view is presented.
