To open COTAX View L & P

Step 1

To view a Group Payment Arrangement record

Steps 2 - 5

1.

Select the ‘COTAX View L & P’ icon in the ‘companies’ folder in the ‘My Services’ tab in ‘My Workplace’. Internet Explorer will be opened, and you will be presented with the ‘Select Company’ entry screen

Select the ‘GPA’ heading on the left hand menu in the Internet Explorer window

In the ‘Search For GPA’ entry screen

• Enter the 10 digit UTR for the GPA ‘Group’ record

4.

Select the [Go] button

You will be presented with the COTAX View L & P ‘Group Payment Arrangement’ screen, containing a list of the Group Payment Periods (GPPs) available for examination

5.

Select the ‘Group Payment’ or ‘Group Tax Charges’ for the GPP for which you wish to view further details, and proceed in accordance with the online help
