COM44070 - Case records: agents: tracing agent details
You can use Function TRAG (Trace Agent) when you know the name and / or address of an agent, but you do not know
- The correct Agent ID
The function allows you to enter
- The agent’s name
- The full or part address
- A combination of name and address
Note: To refine searches you can exclude ceased, succeeded and / or historic records.
If you do not find an Agent ID for the agent you are trying to trace, send the agent’s details to the Central Agent Maintainer Team (CAAT) in Longbenton, who will set up the agent.
