COM44050 - Case records: agents: more than one agent on record

Occasionally a company may have more than one agent acting on its behalf.

Any second or subsequent agent acting for the company can be set up using Function AMAG (Add/Amend Agent) but they must have a period of responsibility set in relation to the specific AP or APs for which they are responsible.

Note: COTAX will issue copies of correspondence to the agent acting for the specific AP or APs within their period of responsibility.
