COM32100 - Background: features of COTAX: printing in COTAX

There is a [Print] button in most of the functions within COTAX to provide you with a print of the screen you are viewing.

If there are any problems using the [Print] button, you will see the following error message

  • ‘PRINT ERROR - CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE IF IT FAILS AGAIN’

You should then make a second attempt at printing, and if this also fails

  • Give full details of the problem to the IT Service Centre.

If you need a hard copy of any COTAX screen without a [Print] button, you can use the [Prt Sc] button on your keyboard and paste the image into a Word document.
