Keyboard alternatives or shortcuts are provided for all of the screen buttons within COTAX.
The same shortcut may appear in more than one function, and the effect of using it varies. For example

As shown in the example, the keyboard alternative you need to use is indicated by an underlined letter on the button on the screen. To use a shortcut, you depress, at the same time, the underlined letter key and the [Alt] key.
