COM31020 - Background: Allocation of COTAX and CT Online user roles: New Role Authorisers or new Deputy Role Authorisers

New Role Authorisers or new Deputy Role Authorisers need to

• Be assigned the Role Authoriser function in the Service Request System (SRS) by the SRS Administrator
• Be added to the list of Role Authorisers maintained by CT&VAT on the COTAX Intranet site 

And

• Set up ‘rules’ (Word 520KB) in Outlook so that they are only alerted when SRS user role requests are received for their MUID (Word 27KB)
