COM23101 - Assessing: CTSA assessments: manual assessments (Action Guide)

Prepare a manual assessment, for example, a Revenue Determination (Word 29KB) or a Discovery Assessment (Word 28KB), using a SEES assessment set.

You can get the SEES 310(Z) assessment set at Excel > SEES > Forms and Letters > under the ‘SAFE’ category

At the first available opportunity, use Function RAMA (Record / Amend Assessment) to enter the relevant details onto the computer. Ensure you

• Enter the details of the assessment / determination you have issued manually

• Set the Manual Issue signal, to prevent COTAX issuing any assessing output (Word 46KB) by selecting ‘Record Manual Issue’ from the drop down menu for the ‘Do you want to?’ field on screen COT121G

• Enter the date of issue as the date you issued the manual assessment
